Ilford Shooting: How Many People Died In The Shooting?

It has been reported that two men have been shot dead and one has been left in critical condition after a shooting happened in Ilford, east London. According to sources, the police were called after eyewitnesses heard a fight and shots were fired in Henley Road, Ilford not too long after midnight on Tuesday, 25 October 2022.

A local resident called 999 after he heard a commotion that happened between multiple men wearing masks. The local resident, however, did not want to be identified. He shared that the third man who was involved was shot in the abdomen and was carried away in an ambulance after quite a long time.

“I heard screams in the beginning. I didn’t bother much because it happens every day around here. Then it went worse and I could see the police running. The whole area had been cordoned off,” Resident Shamima Ahmed.

A taxi driver called Raz also shared that it is not safe to be walking in the area at night.

“When I’m driving around at night past cash points, I see people getting robbed. The police need to up their games,” he said.
