Michelle Emma May Elizabeth Donelan, a British politician who has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Chippenham in Wiltshire since 2015.

She was born in April 1984 and grew up in Whitley, Cheshire.

In 1999, when she was just 15 years, she spoke at the Conservative Party Conference in Blackpool. Despite her young age, it was not surprising because according to reports, Donelan decided to be a politician at the age of six.

She was educated at The County High School, Leftwich, and was awarded a bachelor’s degree in history and politics from the University of York.
