Geoffrey Durham: Who Is Victoria Wood Husband?

Geoffery Durham is a comedy magician and actor who was married to Victoria Wood, an English comedian, actress, composer, pianist, screenwriter, producer and director.

Victoria Durham was married to Geoffrey Durham for 22 years before they divorced in 2002. Victoria died in 2016, and the couple remained close until her death. Geoffrey was reportedly present at Wood’s deathbed.

Geoffery Durham was known as the Great Soprendo on stage. He began practising magic at a young age.

Geoffrey Durham was a regular contributor to the Channel 4 game show Countdown, and his Newspaper Tear was featured on the channel’s 50 Greatest Magic Tricks. He was a member of the BBC Radio 4 Puzzle Panel on occasion.

He is a member of the Inner Magic Circle and has appeared on Channel 4’s game show Countdown.

Durham also served as a magic consultant on Doctor Who’s The Greatest Show in the Galaxy in 1988, assisting Sylvester McCoy in perfecting an on-screen magic show.

Geoffrey Durham remarried business psychologist Helen Morris Brown in December 2014.
