Gabriela Sabatini is a former world number 3 tennis champion, born on May 16, 1970.
Sabatini played in both singles and doubles, and bagged 41 titles under her belt.
In 1988, Sabatini won the Tour Finals and in 1990, she won the US Open.
In 1994, she finished as runner-up during the Wimbledon Championship and at the Olympics, she clinched many silver medals.

In doubles, Sabatini qualified for three French Open finals and recorded the most wins in the category. She was ranked amongst the 20th-greatest female player of the preceding 50 years by Tennis Magazine in 2018.
In 2000, Sabatini won the most distinguished “Sportsperson of the Decade” in Argentina, awarded by Diamond Konex.
Sabatini has been inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame.
She now runs her own fragrance collection, Gabriella Sabatini Perfume.
