Kaalan Walker, who appears in the film SuperFly, was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison for raping multiple women on Monday, October 17, 2022.

Three teenage girls and four women filed charges against the 27-year-old rapper, and he was convicted. According to City News Service, Kaalan Walker was also ordered to register as a lifetime sex offender for a series of crimes dating back to 2013.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Walker was charged with “three counts of forcible rape, two counts of statutory rape, and two counts of rape by intoxication” by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office.

The actor, who also has a television credit in the series In Contempt, enticed his victims by claiming to have connections with people who could help them advance in their modelling careers on social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter.
Walker, who co-starred with Halle Berry and Daniel Craig in the 2017 film “Kings,” was arrested in September 2018 and released on bond. He was arrested again after being found guilty.
