TJ was in an accident that resulted in fatal injuries and memory loss.
During the Dew Tour event in Las Vegas, in 2010, his feet slipped away from his BMX pedal, while trying to make a double-back flip, and he fell off his bike.
He sustained a broken wrist, a broken orbital bone and cracked ribs.
TJ had spent a month at the hospital under the watchful eyes of the doctors and fortunately, he was able to recover.
