Anya Pope: Meet Patrick Mower Wife

Anya Pope is the second wife of Emmerdale actor Patrick Mower.

Pope and Mower tied the knots in 1996 and together they have a son named Maxim.

Pope is reportedly 30 years younger than Mower. Not much information is available about her.

Who Is Patrick Mower?

Patrick Mower is an English actor popularly known for starring as Rodney Blackstock, in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale.

Mower has been gracing the screens since the 70s, has appeared in various films and television series, including Swizzlewick, Callan, and Special Branch.

Mower was raised in Oxford, to his Welsh father and an British mum, amidst his brothers.

Though, a trained engineer, Mower has always loved acting, and so he took it up as a career and came to fame with the 1970 ITV spy series Callan, in which he starred as James Cross.

Mower went on to appeared as DCI Tom Haggerty in Special Branch, and as Steve Hackett in the crime series Target.

During the course of his career, he had been considered to play the role of James Bond in the James Bond franchise, but he was told he didn’t meet the age criteria.

Also on TV, Mower appeared as a guest in Jason King, Space: 1999, UFO, Minder, The Sweeney and Bergerac.
