Anthony M. DeLuca Sr. was a Democratic Party politician in the United States. Anthony M. DeLuca Sr. was the father of four children, Debbie Brinker, Larry, Michele Joyce and Honorable Judge Anthony.

His son, Anthony Jr., was elected mayor of Penn Hills and a magistrate judge. He was also the grandfather of nine grandchildren, and the grandfather of three great-grandchildren.
Anthony M. DeLuca served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 32nd District from 1983 until his death and was a longtime resident of the Pittsburgh suburb of Penn Hills.

He served on the Penn Hills City Council and was the town’s deputy mayor before being elected to the state legislature.
DeLuca became an advocate for cancer awareness and early detection after his first lymphoma diagnosis and his late wife’s breast cancer diagnosis.
Anthony M. DeLuca passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the age of 85, at home. According to a news release from his office, he was diagnosed with lymphoma.
