Tom Henry is an American businessman and politician who is a member of the Democratic Party

From 1984 to 2004, Henry was a member of the Democratic Party and represented the 3rd District on the Fort Wayne City Council.

Henry is the president and CEO of the Gallant Group, a healthcare consulting insurance agency.

On October 9th, 2022, he was arrested for drunk driving, expressing extreme embarrassment and offering appropriately sincere apologies.

Thomas Christopher Henry is also the 35th Mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Tom has been in office since 2008.

Henry is Fort Wayne’s second-longest serving mayor. Only Harry Baals served as mayor for a longer period.

After winning his fourth term as mayor in November 2019, Henry announced that it would be his final term, though he later decided to run for a fifth term against businessman and Republican 3rd District City Council candidate Tim Didier.

On January 1, 2020, Henry was sworn in for his fourth term. His fourth term ends on January 1, 2024.
