He had his collegiate career in Vanderbilt University, playing with the Vanderbilt Commodores.

As a freshman Pippen scored high 21 points on two occasions over in win over Austin Peay and South Carolina.
He ended up averaging 12 points and 3.6 rebounds per game.
Pippen played with the South Bay Lakers, recording 14 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, during a game matched against Miami Heat.
He also received the Southeastern Conference (SEC) All-Freshman Team honors.
In 2022, Pippen ditched his remaining college eligibility by declaring for the 2022 NBA draft.
He later ended up signing a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers.
