Victor began playing basketball from age four, with his mother as his coach and then later playing at the local club, Entente Le Chesnay Versailles.
He made his professional debut in 2019 and his LNB Pro A debut in 2020.
Victor won the Pro A Best Young Player of the 2020–21 season.
So far, he has achieved a career-high of 25 points on 13-19 shooting in a 85–65 home win over Le Portel; and has been a second consecutive LNB Pro A Best Young Player award recipient.
In June 2022, the Metropolitans 92 of the Pro A, signed him in a contract that would last for two years.
