Ekow Blankson Obituary

Ekow Blankson was a Ghanaian actor and GhanaWeb’s Commercial Manager. Ekow Blankson passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022.  Ekow Blankson  is survived by his wife and children.

Ekow Blankson graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon, with a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and a Diploma in Theatre Arts (Drama). He also has a marketing certificate from Amsterdam’s Heineken Global Commerce University.

He also worked on school projects, one of which was a Lords Production of GH School’s production in which he worked on a movie titled Breath Vengeance and was nominated for Best Adult Male Role in their awards scheme, the GH Student’s Movie Awards.

Ekow has held positions as Managing Director, Director of Brands and Corporate Communications, and General Manager (Luv FM and Nhyira FM) with media companies such as TV Africa, Media General Ghana Limited, and Multimedia Broadcasting Company.
