Ryan Clark attended Louisiana State University (LSU) and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Giants in 2002.

Clark started 36 consecutive games for the LSU Tigers football team while at Louisiana State University.

He was named to the All-SEC second team by the league’s coaches in 2000. Clark finished third on the Tigers with 88 tackles, including 63 solo, and three pass interceptions in 2001.

In the Sugar Bowl, he had five tackles, including a 13-yard sack, and was named LSU’s Special Teams Player of the Year in 1998.

Clark also spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Washington Redskins. He earned a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2011.

During his NFL career Ryan Clark had Tackles: 929, Quarterback sacks: 4.0
Interceptions: 16 and Forced fumbles: 5. On February 18, 2015, Clark announced his retirement from the NFL
