Brian Mullins, the legendary Dublin GAA star and four-time All-Ireland winner had an estimated net worth of $4 million at time of death.

Mullins, born on 27 September 1954 died on Sept. 30, 22, three days after celebrating his 68th birthday.

Mullins played football with his local club St Vincent’s and was a senior member of the Dublin county team from 1974 until 1985.

The highlight of Mullins’ club career with St Vincent’s came in 1976 when he led them to defeat Roscommon Gaels to claim the All-Ireland Club Championship.

Mullins then went into coaching as he spent the 1986 season as caretaker manager of the Dublin, a year when Meath went on to take their Leinster title.

Mullins, who was regarded as one of Dublin’s greatest-ever players, was a nephew of Bill Casey, who played for Kerry in the 1930s and 1940s.

In the final years of his life, the St Vincent’s icon returned to his club as they bagged a Leinster crown in 2017.

He also became chairman of the Marino outfit upon his return.
