Former tennis world No. 1 Björn Rune Borg is from Sweden. With six victories at the French Open and five straight victories at Wimbledon between 1974 and 1981, he became the first man in the Open Era to win 11 Grand Slam singles titles.

Borg is 6-0 in French Open finals and has won four straight titles at the tournament. In the Open Era, Borg had one of the most recognizable playing philosophies.
He played with strong groundstrokes from the baseline. He took his racket back with both hands in an extremely unconventional backhand, yet he actually generated the power with his dominating right hand.
