Christiane Amanpour Children: Meet Darius John Rubin

Darius John Rubin is the son of Christian Amanpour, a British-Iranian journalist and television host, and her ex-husband, James Rubin. Darius was born in Washington on Monday, March 27, 2000.

Rubin went to Tonbridge School in Kent. It is a 500-year-old English boys’ boarding school. What is unclear or unheard is where the only son of Christiane and James is pursuing his college education.

During the Clinton administration, Darius John Rubin’s father, James Rubin, was the US State Department’s spokesperson and an informal adviser to both former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama.
