Brad Stevens Children: Meet Brady Stevens And Kinsley Stevens

Brad Stevens is an American basketball executive and former coach who is currently the president of basketball operations for the Boston Celtics.

Born and raised in Zionsville, Indiana, Stevens featured on the Zionsville Community High School basketball team, setting four school records.

After high school, Stevens attended DePauw University, where he played basketball and earned a degree in economics. He made the all-conference team multiple times and was a three-time Academic All-America nominee.

Stevens switched to coaching after quitting his job at Eli Lilly and Company, joining the basketball program at Butler University as a volunteer before the 2000–01 season.

Brad Stevens subsequently served as an assistant coach for the Butler Bulldogs men’s basketball team from 2001 to 2007. He also became the head coach for Butler Bulldogs men’s basketball between 2007 and 2013 and head coach at Boston Celtics from 2013 to 2021.
