Brett Favre Wife: Who is Deanna Favre?

Deanna Favre is an author and the founder and CEO of the Deanna Favre Hope Foundation in the United States. Deanna is married to former American football quarterback Brett Favre.

Deanna became pregnant at the age of 20 and gave birth to Favre’s daughter, Brittany Nicole, on February 6, 1989.

In 1995, she relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin, to live with Favre. In 1996, Favre proposed to Deanna.

Brett Favre and Deanna Tynes married on July 14, 1996, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Green Bay.

Deanna Favre made headlines when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 35 in October 2004.

As she went through treatment, she began receiving letters from women all over the country telling her how hearing her story inspired them to get breast exams.

Deanna completely after a lumpectomy and five months of chemotherapy. Breleigh Ann, Deanna and Favre’s second child, was born on July 13, 1999.

Favre was born in the Mississippi town of Gulfport. After graduating from high school in 1986, she attended Poplarville Community College on a basketball scholarship before transferring to the University of Southern Mississippi to complete her degree.
