The gun carriage carrying the Queen’s coffin will leave Westminster Hall for Westminster Abbey at 10.44 a.m. The procession will arrive at 10.52 a.m., and the state funeral service will start at 11 a.m.

The Last Post will be played at 11.55 a.m., followed by a national two-minute silence. Reveille, the national anthem, and a lament, performed by the Queen’s Piper, will conclude the state funeral service at around noon, making the service almost exactly an hour long.

The Queen’s great-grandchildren, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will lead the royal family procession behind the Queen’s coffin as it is carried into Westminster Abbey.

Following the service on, the queen’s coffin will be carried in a walking procession to Hyde Park, and then by hearse to St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle, where she will be laid to rest alongside her late husband, Prince Philip, and her sister, Princess Margaret.
