There is no clear picture of Queen Elizabeth II being heavily pregnant. According to sources, being pregnant as a royal and publicly displaying it was taboo. This is because there should be a special occasion to announce the birth of a newly born royal. Pregnancy in the royal family was kept a big secret from the public. Even though Queen Elizabeth II had four children, none of her pregnancies were very visible to the public eye.
