What Happened To Alex Belfield?
Alex Belfield has been jailed for two and half years, for allegedly stalking no less than four people.
He had allegedly harassed his victims online by making videos about them and urging his followers to target them to the point that one of his victims almost committed suicide.
One of his victims, Bernard Spedding, a BBC Radio Northampton presenter Bernard Spedding, was stalked by Alex for nine years.
Other victims were reportedly former and current BBC staff and this is not the first time Alex will be accused of stalking people.
His charges stated that he “pursued a course of conduct that amounted to harassment” of the complainants, which “amounted to stalking” and caused them “serious alarm or distress”.
He has been found guilty of the offence.
