The same year, she was cast as Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg in the drama series Doomsday Machine.

For playing the role of the young Queen Elizabeth II in the Netflix series The Crown, her fame increased on the global stage and won her the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

Foy has won numerous awards, including two Primetime Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards.
