Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom from 6 February 1952 until her death on 8 September 2022 is being widely celebrated.

And Paddington Bear, who in June, starred with the Queen in a special short film to celebrate Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee, gave a brief but poignant message for his dining companion via Twitter, writing;
“Thank you, Ma’am, for everything.”

In the film, The Queen had herself acted opposite Paddington Bear, voiced by Ben Wishaw [an English actor and producer who won a British Independent Film Award for his performance in My Brother Tom (2001)].

The video showed them sharing tea and marmalade sandwiches in Buckingham Palace.
Paddington Bear is a fictional character in children’s literature.
He first appeared on 13 October 1958 in the children’s book A Bear Called Paddington and has been featured in more than twenty books written by British author Michael Bond, and illustrated by Peggy Fortnum and other artists.
