Chris Kaba, a MOBO nominated rapper and soon-to-be dad was shot dead by police after a car chase in south London.

Kaba, a Drill artist and 23 years, according to BBC, was shot in Kirsktall Gardens in Streatham Hill shortly before 10pm on Monday (Sept. 5) after a “tactical contact” to halt his suspect vehicle.

Chris Kaba died when armed officers rammed his car before opening fire in a quiet residential street in the Streatham Hill area.

Locals described how police used their own cars to box in an Audi Q8 while shouting at the driver to get out.

But witnesses claimed the driver ignored police requests to give himself up and when he attempted to ram his way out of the roadblock, officers opened fire.

Scotland Yard said the victim, later identified as Chris Kaba, was given first aid at the scene and was airlifted to hospital but died a short time later.
