Nicholas Kroll is an actor, voice actor, comedian, writer, and producer from the United States.

Kroll was born on June 5, 1978, in Rye, New York, to Lynn and Jules Kroll. His father is a billionaire businessman who founded Kroll Inc., a corporate investigations and risk consulting firm.
Kroll was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2004 for $1.9 billion. Kroll established two successor companies, Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) and K2 Intelligence, in 2009.

K2 Intelligence, led by Kroll’s son Jeremy Kroll, carries on the family’s legacy of asset recovery, due diligence, litigation support, and a variety of corporate investigations.

Nick Kroll’s mother Lynn served as the vice chairwoman of the UJA-Federation of New York Nick Kroll is the family’s youngest child, with a brother, Jeremy, and two sisters, Vanessa and Dana.
He was raised in a Conservative Jewish family and attended the Westchester Solomon Schechter School.
He went on to Rye Country Day School for high school. He also briefly attended The Mountain School in Vershire, Vermont, where he developed an interest in hiking. Kroll graduated from Georgetown University in 2001.
