Kathie Lee Gifford has been married twice. Firstly to Paul Johnson (m.1976 and divorced in 1982) and secondly to Frank Gifford, an American football player and television sports commentator (m. 1986 till his death in 2015).

In April 2021, about six years after the death of Frank, kathie confirmed during an appearance on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna that she was dating “a mystery man.”
“I have a very sweet man in my life,” the former Today co-host, said. “He’s good for me, and I’m good for him.”
But Gifford chose to not provide further details about her special someone. “And that’s all that I’ll say about it, because there’s nothing else to talk about,” she added.

“It’s just happy, and I don’t want to mess it up, and I probably already have by just even mentioning it,” she shared at the time. “To be in a place where you feel like every aspect of your life is good, that nothing’s missing, and that’s a beautiful place to be. I’m just so grateful.”
Though Kathie has been tightlipped about the identity of her new man, in February 2020, Daily Mail obtained a clip featuring the retired Today show host dancing with a mystery man at the Journey Tribute concert in Tennessee.
The publication reported that the man spotted with Kathie was Randy Crook.
According to his Facebook profile, Randy Cronk is an Insurance agent.
To be more specific, Cronk is the President/ Insurance broker at RMC Insurance Group LLC and though he is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, he currently resides in Spring Hill Tennessee.
Randy’s Facebook page also reveals that he studied at the University of Southern Mississippi.
Randy has made an appearance on Kathie’s Instagram once before. On July 21, 2019, she posted a group picture that featured Randy as well. He had his arm around her belly as the group posed.
