Fleur’s father, Malcolm, passed away in 2020.
He was British and lived in England with his family before his demise.
“Cheering me on until the end. You taught me and Keshia to be confident and to always chase our dreams. I will forever continue to make you proud. I’m so happy you saw us achieve so much”, Fleur wrote on social media at the time.
“Every note I sing, every song I write and everything I do, will be for you. This album is for you Dad. Love you so much Daddy Darling. Have an amazing time up there! See you soon”, she added.
Irene Frimpong-Manso
Fleur’s mother, Irene, hails from Ghana. She had supported Fleur back in 2014 during her time on X Factor.

She was born on October 29, 1987, in Walthamstow, London, to a British father and a Ghanaian mother.
Fleur grew up with her family in Yorkshire, and attended Holy Family Technology College.
She later graduated from Queen Mary University of London, with a degree in journalism and contemporary history.
Fleur East Career
Fleur came to limelight when she took part in the season two of the singing competition The X Factor in 2005.
Fleur has released hit songs with dance musicians such as DJ Fresh and Drumsound & Bassline Smith.
In 2014, Fleur competed again on The X Factor and finished second place.
Fleur ranked number one on the UK iTunes Store chart, after performing “Uptown Funk” on X Factor.
In 2015, she released another album, Love, Sax and Flashbacks.
Aside singing, Fleur has been on the reality shows I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Strictly Come Dancing. She has also been a presenter on Hits Radio.
