Kenyan Drake’s two-year contract with the Las Vegas Raiders appears to be over. The Raiders intend to release the veteran running back, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Drake failed to live up to expectations after joining the Las Vegas Raiders, rushing 63 times for 254 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games (two starts).

The Raiders will take over Drake’s $3.6 million cap hit, but the 28-year-old still got paid $11 million from his two-year contract that was reworked this offseason. Drake expressed his gratitude to the Raiders on his Twitter page. https://twitter.com/KDx32
Drake had his best rushing season with the Arizona Cardinals in 2019 with 955 yards and 10 touchdowns. In 2018, he had his best receiving season with the Miami Dolphins, catching 53 passes for 477 yards and five touchdowns.
