Where is the 2022 Western and Southern Open being Held?

The 2022 Western & Southern Open is an outdoor hard-court tennis tournament held on August 15-21, 2022, as part of the US Open Series.

The 2022 Cincinnati Masters is the 121st men’s and 94th women’s tournament, and it is being held at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, Ohio, a northern suburb of Cincinnati, in the United States.

The top 41 men and 39 women in the world have entered, led by No. 1 players Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek.

Serena Williams  is also expected to compete in what could be her final tournament before retiring from tennis. Rafael Nadal, the ATP’s third-ranked player, will also compete.

The reigning champion, of the men’s singles, Alexander Zverev, withdrew before the tournament began due to an ankle injury.

At the start of the tournament, Rafael Nadal and Daniil Medvedev are vying for the ATP No. 1 ranking.

Unless Medvedev fails to reach the quarterfinals and Nadal wins the title, Medvedev will retain the top ranking.
