Now, fans are looking back at her incredible role as Sandy in Grease and wondering whether Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta liked each other to the extent that they dated in real life.
Well, Olivia and Travolta’s on-screen spark as Sandy and Danny in the iconic 1978 musical comedy Grease is undeniable, but they didn’t date in real life.
A photo of the pair kissing at a Grease party in 1978 had some people thinking otherwise, but the stars were never actually dated despite the obvious chemistry which existed between them.
