What happened was swatting and not an actual arrest.
Swatting refers to the criminal harassment tactic of deceiving an emergency service into sending a police or emergency service response team to another person’s address. Such acts often occur when people send in false reports of serious illegal offenses like bomb threats, murders, hostage situations, etc.

In his “arrest” video which has now gone viral, a visibly confused IShowSpeed said in utter disbelief;
“Oh my god, bro! I swear I didn’t do anything. I didn’t do s**t. Oh my god!”
However, the camera man continued filming the incident. However a police officer approached the cameraman and asked him to stop filming until the issue under contention gets resolved.
IShowSpeed is just the latest streamer to be swatted during a live broadcast, with Twitch star Adin Ross also being swatted on August 7. Viewers saw law enforcement officers raid his room as it happened with weapons drawn before the stream ended.
IShowSpeed is one of YouTube’s top streaming personalities, most recently dominating viewership against the likes of giants like Ludwig and Dr Disrespect.
