Judith Durham Ex- Husband: Who was Ronald Edgeworth?

Ronald Edgeworth was an actor and composer who was married to Australian singer, songwriter and musician Judith Durham.

Judith Durham and Ron Edgeworth got married on November 21, 1969, at Scots’ Church in Melbourne.

They lived in the United Kingdom and Switzerland until the mid-1980s, when they moved to Nambour, Queensland. The couple had no children.

Ronald Edgeworth was born in England on January 29, 1938. He was well-known for his roles in Raw Deal (1977) and Cash and Company (1979).

Durham, Edgeworth, and their tour manager, Peter Summers, were in a car accident on the Calder Freeway in 1990.

In 1990, Edgeworth was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. Durham was by his side when he died on December 10, 1994.

Judith Durham passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, at the age of 79. She had been receiving palliative care at the Alfred Hospital before her death from disease complications
