Jake Lamb Parents: Meet John Lamb And Deonne Lamb

Baseball infielder for the Seattle Mariners, Jake Lamb, was born on October 9, 1990, to parents, John Lamb, and Deonne Lamb.

Jake comes from a family of sportsmen and women.

His father, John, was a footballer while he was in Whitworth University, and his mother, Deonne, was played tennis during her high school and college days as well.

Jake also has an older brother, Dan, who played two sports in high school; and a sister, Megan, who was a softball player.

Jake’s younger brother, Dylan, is not left out. He currently plays college baseball for the Washington Huskies.

Jake Lamb Early Life

Jake grew up in Seattle, Washington and was schooled in Bishop Blanchet High School, also in Seattle.

He played baseball in high school and upon graduation, got selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 38th round of the 2009 MLB Draft.

He proceeded to attend college at the University of Washington, where he also played baseball for the Washington Huskies.

Jake won the All-Pac-12 Conference player.

During summer, Jake would play played for the Yarmouth–Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
