Why did Hitler Hate Jews?

Adolf Hitler was a German politician of Austrian origin who ruled Germany from 1933 until he died in 1945. During his dictatorship, he launched World War II in Europe on September 1, 1939, by invading Poland.

Throughout the war, he was intimately involved in military operations and was central to the Holocaust, the genocide of approximately six million Jews and millions of other victims.

Why did Hitler Hate Jews?

The source of Hitler’s hatred of Jews is unknown. In Mein Kampf, he described his transformation into an antisemite as a long, personal struggle.

His aversion to all things Jewish allegedly manifested itself while he was living and working as a painter in Vienna (1908-1913).

In one way or another, it is clear that Hitler was exposed to antisemitic ideas at a young age. It’s unclear how much he shared with them at the time.

There are numerous imaginative explanations for Hitler’s antisemitism. Hitler is said to have been ashamed of his Jewish ancestry.

Another theory connects his anti-Semitism to trauma caused by a poison gas attack during World War I. Other theories contend that Hitler caught a venereal disease from a Jewish prostitute. However, there are no facts to back up these explanations.
