Chad Isaak, a notorious man convicted of killing four people in Mandan is dead and Officials at the North Dakota State Penitentiary say he died from self-inflicted wounds.

What was Chad Isaak age? Isaak, aged 48, was serving life in prison after being convicted of four murders in December of 2021.
According to a report, The North Dakota Highway Patrol was called to the state Penitentiary in Bismarck at 5:44 pm Sunday (July 31), regarding a “resident who had caused self-harm.”

Isaak was then taken to Sanford Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:24 pm (on same Sunday).
Isaak was convicted of killing four employees of RJR Management in Mandan in April, 2019. He was sentenced to four life terms without parole, and had appealed those convictions to the North Dakota Supreme Court.
However, Isaak’s death remains under investigation by The Highway Patrol and North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
