What Does Rebecca Adlington Do Now?

After Rebecca Adlington retired from all competitive swimming at the age of 23, she worked for BBC TV as a swimming pundit at the Olympic Games and World Aquatics Championships and made various other media appearances.

Adlington repeated this role at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships, the 2018 European Championship and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, among others.

Adlington was also a guest panellist on the ITV lunchtime chat show, Loose Women on March 25, April 17 and May 22, 2014.

She was a contestant in series 3 of The Jump, but withdrew in February 2016 having dislocated her shoulder during training,
