Is Charlie Cox returning as Daredevil?

At the San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 23, 2022, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige finally confirmed that Charlie Cox will reprise his role in the upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again, which is set to premiere on Disney+ in spring 2024.

It’s a much larger episode order than recent seasons of Marvel TV shows on Disney+, which have typically capped out at six episodes, and even more than the Netflix/Marvel seasons which usually contained 13 episodes each.

It is unclear whether Born Again will have multiple seasons or if it will be a limited series like WandaVision, but the fact that it will have 18 episodes already equals three seasons of other MCU shows on the streaming platform.

The studio has not released any additional information about the project.

Charlie Cox played the Man Without Fear in the Netflix series Daredevil from 2015 to 2018, alongside Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin/Wilson Fisk.

Daredevil: Born Again, written by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli and first published in 1986, is one of the most acclaimed storylines featuring the blind superhero.
