Sergey Brin is a business magnate, computer scientist, and Internet entrepreneur from the United States.

Sergey Brin moved to the United States with his family from the Soviet Union when he was six years old.
Brin enrolled at the University of Maryland in September 1990, and at the age of 19, he received his Bachelor of Science from the Department of Computer Science with honours in computer science and mathematics.

Brin began his graduate studies in computer science at Stanford University on a National Science Foundation graduate fellowship, earning an M.S. in computer science in 1995.

He met Page there, with whom he co-created a web search engine now known as Google.
Brin served as the president of Google’s parent company, Alphabet Inc., until his resignation on December 3, 2019. He and Page are still co-founders, controlling shareholders, board members, and employees at Alphabet.
Brin is the seventh-richest person in the world as of July 2022, with an estimated net worth of $99 billion.
