Kathy Laurinaitis, the mother of Nikki and Brie Bella, does not have Bell’s Palsy.

She had a tumour in her brain but was mistakenly diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy and had to undergo surgery in June 2020, to get rid of the tumour.

Kathy’s face became partially paralysed as a result of the tumor hemorrhage.

Kathy is now hale and hearty. She lives together with her husband and children.

Kathy is a business woman and the mother of The Bella Twins – Nikki and Brie Bella.

She grew up amongst her four siblings. Her father owns a manufacturing company named Colace Bros.

Kathy attended the University of San Diego and began working for her father’s California-based business from seventh grade.

Kathy works as managing partner of JBN & Associates and has won the Woman of Courage Award from the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ). She was the first woman to win the award.
