Minnesota rapper, Yung Gravy, was born on March 19, 1996, in Rochester, Minnesota, to his father, Peter Johannes Hauri, and his mother, Cynthia Cleveland Hauri.

Not much information is available about his parents, aside the fact that his father worked as an insomnia psychologist before he passed on in 2013.

Yung Gravy Early Life And Career

Gravy had attended Mayo High School, and the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

He had graduated with a degree in marketing.

As a college student, Gravy would sing and rap for the fun of it and would later proceed to SoundCloud to drop some hits.

He says his role models are rappers Lil Yachty and Lil Peep.

In 2016, Gravy went into full time music, quitting everything else including his day-time job.

Gravy is famous for his songs “Mr. Clean”, “1 Thot 2 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot” and “Alley Oop”, in which he featured Lil Baby.

Since 2017, Gravy has been on seven international music tours and has one mixtape, three albums, and seven EP to his credit.
