Ender David Inciarte Montiel is a Venezuelan professional baseball outfielder for the Major League Baseball New York Mets (MLB).

He previously played for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Atlanta Braves in Major League Baseball. In 2014, he made his MLB debut.
Ender received the Fielding Bible Award in 2015, and the Gold Glove Award from 2016 to 2018, and was named an All-Star in 2017.
Ender had 116 at-bats in 2020, batting.190/.262/.250 with 17 runs, one home run, and 10 RBIs.

Inciarte and the New York Yankees agreed to a minor league deal on December 16, 2021.
Inciarte participated in 34 games for the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders, where he hit.252 with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs. Inciarte’s release by the Yankees occurred on June 15, 2022.
Inciarte and the New York Mets agreed to a minor league deal on June 20, 2022. The Mets chose Inciarte’s contract on June 28 and included him on the Major League active roster.
