Moscow is the only city among the richest cities with self-made billionaires. Many of these people who live in the city have direct contact with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin who doubles as the richest person in the nation.

4. Beijing

This city has a total net worth of $218.2 billion with the richest resident being Zhang Yiming. They have residents of TAL education Group, both of whom own companies that provide online education and after school tutoring for students.

5. London

London has a total net worth of $212.7 billion. This year, they had about five billionaires joining the city. They are from different countries like Russia.
