Sajid Javid is a British politician who served as Secretary of State for Health and Social Care from June 2021 to July 2022, having previously served as Home Secretary from 2018 to 2019 and Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2019 to 2020.

Javid resigned as Chancellor during the February 2020 cabinet reshuffle after refusing a demand from Johnson and his chief adviser Dominic Cummings that he dismiss his advisers.
In June 2021, following the resignation of Matt Hancock, he was reappointed to Johnson’s cabinet as Health Secretary.

During a 2012 interview with the Evening Standard, Mr. Javid discussed how his wife had inspired his bald look.

He said: “She told me bald men look a lot sexier. You might want to shave yours.”
Mrs King is a practising Christian, while he is a Muslim, but Mr Javid said his family was not bothered by their differing backgrounds.
He added: “She goes to church more often than I go to the mosque. I just think love conquers everything.”
In the interview, he also talked about his political leanings, and why he is in favour of capitalism.
The MP for Bromsgrove was born in Rochdale and was one of five sons of a “hard-working” immigrant bus driver from Pakistan.
