Alexa Guarachi is an American-born Chilean tennis player who specializes in doubles. She was born on 17 November 1990 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, the U.S. She is 31 years old.

Alexa Guarachi has been playing for the Chilean national team since June 2015–present. She previously played for the United States from 2005–May 2015.
Alexa Guarachi began playing tennis at the age of five and went on to play professionally in 2000. At the age of 14, she won the US National Clay Championships.

Alexa reached her career-high doubles ranking of world No. 11 in September 2021, and she has five WTA Tour titles, including the 2021 Dubai Championships with Darija Jurak.
Guarachi and Desirae Krawczyk reached their first Grand Slam final at the 2020 French Open, and they were also semifinalists at the 2021 US Open. They also qualified for the WTA Finals in 2021.
Guarachi has represented Chile in the Billie Jean King Cup since 2018, and in November 2015 she achieved her highest singles ranking of world No. 347.
