Alternate-Side Parking still cleans once a week on residential streets. However, commercial streets can be cleaned multiple times a week.

Alternate Side Parking now allows street cleaning, according to NYC 311. Regulations are posted on signs with a crossed by a broom along with the days and times parking isn’t allowed. On Sundays and holidays, Alternate Side Parking is suspended.
