Horner is married to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell. On 11 November 2014, the couple announced their engagement, and on 15 May 2015, they married in Woburn, Bedfordshire. They’ve been married for nearly 7 years.

Halliwell announced on October 10, 2016, that the couple was expecting their first child together; their son was born in January 2017.
Horner is the stepfather of Halliwell’s previous relationship with screenwriter Sacha Gervasi’s daughter, Bluebell Madonna.
