Twitter Reportedly Suspends Jordan Peterson After He Tweeted About Elliot Page

Twitter has reported suspended Jordan Peterson after some comments he made about the transgender actor, Elliot Page.

According to a screenshot making rounds on social media, Peterson had tweeted, “Remember when pride was a sin? And Elen Page had her breast removed by a criminal physician”.

The tweet is no longer available and has seemingly been replaced with the message, This tweet violated Twitter rules. On June 29, commentator Dave Rubin claimed that Twitter had suspended Peterson over the comment.

Twitter appeared in the screenshot to have suspended Peterson for the tweet, writing that it had been penalised for violating the rules against hateful conduct”.
