American basketball player, Eric EJ Liddell, stands at 6 ft 7 inches (200 cm and 2.00m) tall.

Liddell Jr. was born on December 18, 2000. He currently plays for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Liddell attended high school at Belleville High School-West, in Illinois, where he grew up, and laterproceeded to Ohio for his college education.

As an high school junior player, he won the 2018 Illinois Mr. Basketball award, following an average of 20.8 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.

The same year, he also  won the StLouis Post Dispatch Player of the Year, as well as the Illinois 4A class state championship.

As a senior high school player, he averaged 20.2 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.8 blocks per game.

He also went ahead to win for the second time, the Illinois Mr. Basketball, the St. Louis Post Dispatch Player of the Year, and the Illinois 4A class state championship.

While in Ohio, Liddell played college basketball for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

In 2021, he first declared for the 2021 NBA draft but later withdrew from the draft with intentions to return to Ohio State.

In 2022, Liddell declared for the second time, during the 2022 NBA draft.
