Gabriel Landeskog is a Swedish professional ice hockey left winger for the National Hockey League’s Colorado Avalanche (NHL).

Landeskog ended his first season with 52 points, including a team-high 22 goals, making him the youngest player in franchise history to do so.
He also tied for the lead in points amongst rookies alongside the only player in his draft class picked higher than himself, first overall pick Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.
Landeskog was one of 35 players selected for the Swedish Ice Hockey Federation’s 2014 Winter Olympics Orientation Camp in July 2013. Later, he was named to the final squad and helped Sweden win a silver medal in a 3–0 loss to reigning champions Canada.
