Christine Joan Taylor Stiller was born on July 30, 1971, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States. Her mother Joan Taylor was a homemaker, while her father Albert “Skip” Taylor III owns a security company.

Christine Taylor grew up in neighbouring Wescosville, Pennsylvania alongside a younger brother, Brian. She attended St. Thomas More School and Allentown Central Catholic High School. She made her acting debut in 1989 on the Nickelodeon children’s television series Hey Dude as the lifeguard Melody Hanson.

Christine Taylor gained more recognition in 1995 as Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie and in A Very Brady Sequel. She then made several appearances in films and TV series like Ellen, Party Girl, Seinfeld and Friends, The Craft, Holly Sullivan, The Wedding Singer, Zoolander, Arrested Development, NBC’s My Name Is Earl, Dedication and License to Wed.

Christine Taylor has also starred in Hannah Montana Forever, Farewell Mr Kringle, Elementary, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, High Desert and Search Party. She tied the knot with actor Ben Stiller on May 13, 2000. The couple first met while making the TV show Heat Vision and Jack in 1999.

Christine Taylor and Ben are parents of two children Ella Olivia Stiller and Quinlin Dempsey Stiller. They separated in 2017 but reconciled during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
